Associate Director, Talent Acquisition – IT Technology Center

As the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a small team and oversee our global RPO who manages end to end volume hirings. You are an expert in talent acquisition processes who enables and deeply understands stakeholders and their needs. You will set the processes, roadmaps, and strategy, ensuring value; and candidate & hiring manager experiences are measured and achieved.
What Will You Do In This Role
The major activities of the incumbent are aimed at identifying talent acquisition needs, develop and implement plans that meet the needs for current and future organization capabilities. The activities will include but are not limited to
