Associate Director, Talent Acquisition – IT Technology Center

THE OPPORTUNITY

• This position is responsible for developing IT technology center's talent acquisition strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions including recruitment process, tools, systems, policies and guidance that are appropriate to local needs and ensure the alignment with the global and regional guidelines.
• This position would also be responsible to implement the recruiting and Talent Acquisition initiatives in the center, manage university relationships, and responsible for the executive recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

As the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a small team and oversee our global RPO who manages end to end volume hirings. You are an expert in talent acquisition processes who enables and deeply understands stakeholders and their needs. You will set the processes, roadmaps, and strategy, ensuring value; and candidate & hiring manager experiences are measured and achieved.
