Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, including technology, corporate, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate should have experience driving the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs across departments (technology, recruitment, operations, leadership, and support functions).
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, social networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Support background verification, reference checks.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent pipeline development initiatives.
  • Stay informed of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within professional services, technology, or consulting environments.
  • Prior exposure to U.S. staffing recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR databases.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including leadership and corporate positions.
  • Understanding of various employment models .
