Role Overview

As an Interior Design Project Manager , you will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from design development and client coordination to vendor management and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, clients, and contractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and true to the design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution for residential and / or commercial interior projects
• Coordinate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed drawings and specifications
• Handle project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless communication and workflow
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and timely progress
• Oversee procurement, material approvals, and installation timelines
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project challenges
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
