ProjectDesign Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and organized Design Coordinator to join our creative team in Bengaluru India. As a Design Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.

• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Middle East Project Experience is preferred
• Collaborate with designers clients and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication
• Organize and maintain design files assets and project documentation
• Schedule and coordinate design review meetings presentations and client approvals
• Assist in creating project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials
• Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback
• Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production
