Corporate Purchasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement operations for our multi-outlet restaurant chain in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of all materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and consumables.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, credit terms, and supply agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to food safety norms.
• Track market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and vendor performance reviews.
