Responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the Chennai branch including sales, distribution, team management, and profitability. Drive market growth, ensure efficient supply chain and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage branch operations and staff

Achieve sales and revenue targets

Oversee logistics, inventory, and supply chain

Develop and execute local marketing strategies

Build strong distributor and retailer networks

Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or branch management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Local market knowledge of Chennai / Tamil Nadu preferred
