Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an articulate, thoughtful and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. The role goes beyond routine responses — it calls for someone who can understand customer intent, communicate with empathy, and guide them seamlessly toward a satisfying purchase experience.

Daily responsibilities include :

• Managing WhatsApp, email, and Instagram queries and conversations
• Responding promptly and thoughtfully to customer concerns
• Maintaining brand tone and professionalism in all interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Building relationships that translate inquiries into meaningful brand experiences

Qualifications

Compensation : ₹15,000 / month (Work-from-home role)
