About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing strategic messaging, and supporting branding initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling content across various platforms. The Communications Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with company goals and enhances brand reputation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking organization while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, or public relations is essential. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills are required, along with proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms. The candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation. Create engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and other marketing materials. Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with company initiatives. Support the planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and media engagements. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for positive exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Maintain and update the company's communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns. Assist in crisis communication management and prepare responses for sensitive issues. Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
