Competence
Minimum
2+ years of working experience
as a technical support executive
Sound knowledge of Drone Operations and Aerial Data Management.
Experience in GIS / Photogrammetry tools (preferred).
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Strong understanding of data verification and quality assurance processes
Education
Education : B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all coordination between Project In-charge and onsite teams under guidance of Project In-charge.
2 Platform Administration
Manage user access, role assignments, and configuration settings on the deployed software Application / platform.
3 Data Verification & Quality Assurance
Verify the quality of all drone-captured raw data and processed outputs and generate the reports from already developed System.
4 Issue Tracking & Resolution
Record and monitor all issues reported by end-users.
5 Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic operational and performance reports.
Maintain updated records of operations, communications, and platform activities
Knowledge
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and electrical systems / project execution.
Skills
Exposure to client interaction and requirement gathering.
Able to draft technical proposals, based upon raw requirements.
