Business Finance Partner - Manage

Business finance partner for P&L involves robust financial forecasting, reporting and analysis together with business partnering in each of the critical projects run by the function.

Drive the Annual operating plan and re-forecast processes for your relevant areas. Co-own delivery of the plan by ensuring budgetary adherence.

Ensure robust financial and operational KPI reporting on a monthly basis with key focus on management action plan to deliver organization OKRs

Actively supporting business leaders on executive decisions by creating robust financial models which drives a data driven approach on decisions together with clear financial and operational metric visibility.

Build & Evolve robust systems & processes to enable budgets management & analysis.

Become a trusted finance business partner to all business units and leadership teams.

Tailored insightful presentations, analysis and dialogue with business partners around budget and spends to optimize profitability and return-on-investment.

Here s What we Are Looking for :

Highly skilled and proficient in creating business models in excels and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations.

Strong financial acumen with strong understanding of financial forecasting & reporting

Self-starter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges

Hands on Experience on ERP environment and business data platforms would be appreciated

Independent thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work in an agile framework in a dynamic environment

Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Automobile / Retail sector / FMCG / E-commerce
