Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BizFin Partner with 5-7 years of core Business Finance (BizFin) or FP&A experience. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with financial modeling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions. Early joiners are preferred, and we are open to buying out the notice period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Negotiations : Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.
• Business Case Development : Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions.
• Metrics Tracking : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Budgeting and Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
• MIS Reporting : Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership, delivering critical financial insights and performance metrics.
