Credit Executive

Role : Executive - Credit

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Overview :

We are looking for an Executive – Credit to manage credit onboarding and credit operations for our customers in the FxS Mango & Apple segment. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and be comfortable working both in-office and on-field, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Manage credit onboarding and ensure smooth credit operations for customers.

2) Handle data analysis and reporting using Excel to track credit transactions.

3) Conduct on-field visits to verify customer details and ensure compliance.

4) Coordinate with internal teams to streamline credit processes and resolve issues.

5) Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth credit flow.

What we are looking for :

1) Proficiency in Excel (data management, basic formulas, and reporting).

2) Willingness to work both in-office and on-field as per business requirements.

3) Fluency in Hindi, Telugu / Kannada, and English for effective communication.

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5) Prior experience in credit operations or a related field is a plus.
