Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine client creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Analyze financial documents, income proofs, property papers, and credit bureau reports for accurate risk assessment.
• Approve or recommend loan applications in line with credit policy, risk appetite, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with credit-related policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Monitor and track Post-Disbursement Documents (PDDs) to ensure timely submission and compliance.
• Identify potential risks and escalate cases requiring senior management review.
• Provide guidance and training to branch teams on credit appraisal processes and risk management best practices.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and ensure confidentiality of customer data.
