Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, administering employee benefits, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, conducting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves assisting with HR policy development and implementation to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management and HRIS
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
