Lead all recruitment across both our businesses- our craft beer production & distribution business and our Taproom & Kitchen businesses.
Build strong hiring networks — across hospitality, brewing, and allied industries.
Create a vibrant, connected culture where people love coming to work.
Build relationships that make 2 Pints a magnet for great talent.
Partner with founders to ensure we hire right and grow right.
All compliance, payroll, and routine HR ops will be handled through external partners, your focus is people, not paperwork.
Some experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
The good stuff you’ll own
Lead recruitment across both businesses
Source, interview, and hire talent for our brewery operations, taprooms, kitchen, sales and corporate functions.
Build and maintain a network of high quality potential candidates in hospitality, brewing, and related industries for future openings.
Shape and nurture our culture.
Create initiatives that keep our teams connected, motivated, and aligned with 2 Pints’ values.
Organize team engagement activities, workshops, and informal events that make work fun and meaningful. Be a people magnet.
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels so 2 Pints becomes a place where people want to work and stay.
Act as the go-to person for team morale, career growth conversations, and employee advocacy.
Partner with founders and managers, Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and team goals.
Ensure that recruitment decisions and people initiatives align with business growth and long-term strategy.

5–7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Hospitality Management.
You have a solid track record of hiring, building teams, and supporting people in dynamic environments, ideally across hospitality, consumer brands, or similar industries.
Someone who loves networking, conversations, and people stories.
You genuinely enjoy meeting new people, understanding their journey, and connecting talent.
