About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition to begin their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) - Any stream.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.

Understand job descriptions and align candidate profiles accordingly.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fit.

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate documentation.

Support onboarding and documentation activities for selected candidates.
