Responsibilities :
1. ROLE INTENT (Why This Hire Exists)
This role exists to scale revenue beyond founder-led selling, elevate the existing sales team, and deepen outbound + enterprise execution.
Increase win rates
Strengthen outbound performance
Lift demo and discovery quality
Close deals independently
Coach / guide the Sales Executive and SDR
Bring predictability to the pipeline
Own revenue across India + SEA / MEA + USC
Act as the commercial engine working with the founder
Contributes to 600k–1M ARR in Year 1
Sales Exec performance improves (demo quality + closing)
SDR improves in ICP clarity, personalization, and SQL quality
Maintains 4–5x pipeline coverage
Builds a strong outbound rhythm across Clay / Apollo / Nav
Establishes reliable monthly forecasting
Wins 1–2 strong multi-site accounts
Creates recurring international pipeline (SEA / MEA / USC)
Documents and improves GTM playbooks
Helps hire + train next SDR / AE
3. Multi-Site Vertical Experience
Must have sold to either :
Hotels
Retail chains
QSR brands
Coworking chains
Multi-location ops
Logistics / facility ops.
Experience and Expertise
We need a senior SaaS seller with minimum 5-8 Years of experience who can both close and coach. Someone with strong outbound muscle, multi-site vertical experience, and a structured approach to sales. They must be comfortable mentoring the existing team, selling to CXOs, and driving international expansion. Reject anyone who cannot articulate real quotas, deals, or outbound experience.
