Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in healthcare services or product lines.
Lead motivate and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals clinics and diagnostic centers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis competitor tracking and pricing strategies .
Collaborate with marketing operations and product teams for effective business development.
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for management review.
Manage key accounts tenders and institutional sales .
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and conferences .
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices .

Qualification : MBA / Graduate in Sales Marketing or Healthcare Management .
1018 years of experience in healthcare sales leadership roles preferred.
