Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module within SuccessFactors, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes and integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure, implement, and maintain the
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
module.
Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Manage
end-to-end project activities
– requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Work on
data migration, role-based permissions, and business rules
setup.
Handle
incident management, problem resolution, and change requests
in EC.
Support
integration activities
with downstream systems (e.g., Payroll, Time, Benefits).
Prepare and maintain
functional and technical documentation
Participate in
system release testing
, regression testing, and ongoing enhancement cycles.
Provide
production support
during the US business hours (night shift IST).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in SAP SuccessFactors with at least
3+ years in Employee Central (EC)
Proven experience in
configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models
within EC.
Understanding of
HR processes
and
SuccessFactors integration
with other modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, Payroll).
Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
(preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently during
US time zone (night shift)
