Job description

The consultant will support the solution & development team in the global deployment of SAP Success factors.

He / she will be involved during the global deployment program's solution design phases with multiple enterprise integrations and third-party vendors.

Implementation experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance management / Goal Management (PMGM) / SP / COMP implementations. Competency in more than one will be an asset and preferred

Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors support models and SF troubleshooting skills

Having experience of working with migration from legacy ERP systems (PeopleSoft) to SuccessFactors a PLUS

Expertise in using tools like Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint with a firm grip for flow charts, process flows.

Produce the SuccessFactors solution documentation under the guidance of design managers

Preparation of Change Requests when required.

The candidate will be a member of the Global team to support in defining and documenting the solutions.

Team working and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Create, prepare & manage documents in a centralized SharePoint in a structured manner

Undertake knowledge transfer / handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks + functional / technical documents are appropriate
