Job Title : Inside Sales Representative, Owner Management

Location : Bangalore

Department : Sales

Reports To : Sales Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Range- 20k-25k in hand +Attractive Incentives.

Job Summary : As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for onboarding prospective owners onto our platform. You will guide them through understanding our products, requirements, policies, and opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and maximising their potential for success. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas is a key part of this role. Additionally, you will ensure all leads are well attended to, providing a top-tier customer experience throughout the sales process. This is an office job, requiring you to work from our Headquarters, HSR layout, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

Onboarding Prospective Owners :

  • Engage with prospective owners through various communication channels (phone, email, video calls).
  • Provide a comprehensive onboarding experience, helping them understand the platform's functionalities, product features, and benefits.
  • Offer personalised assistance to address their specific needs and requirements.

Product and Policy Expertise :

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, policies, and industry standards.
  • Educate prospective owners on how to leverage our platform effectively to achieve their goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest product updates, policies, and industry trends.
  • Sales and Relationship Building :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective owners to foster trust and long-term engagement.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products to drive conversions.
  • Meeting Sales Quotas

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Lead Management :

  • Ensure all leads are well attended to promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into satisfied customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Customer Support :

  • Provide ongoing support to new owners, ensuring they are fully integrated and satisfied with the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges they encounter during the onboarding process.
  • Liaison with Field Sales and Area Manager Team :

  • Coordinate with the field sales and area manager team to ensure seamless communication and management experience.
  • Share relevant information and updates to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the field team to address any on-ground issues and ensure a unified approach to sales and service.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex products and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
