ConnectoGrowth is a fast-growing Digital Marketing & AI Education Institute founded by experienced agency owners. We're on a mission to bridge the gap between industry needs and student skills by providing hands-on, job-ready training programs.

We are looking for dynamic Sales / Admissions Counsellors to join our team and help us scale admissions for our programs.

Role Description

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
  • Counsel potential students and professionals about our programs.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions by understanding their goals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales / admissions targets.
  • Maintain lead CRM with regular updates and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech / education sector, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build trust and handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing leads digitally.
