We are looking for dynamic Sales / Admissions Counsellors to join our team and help us scale admissions for our programs.
Role Description
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Counsel potential students and professionals about our programs.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions by understanding their goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales / admissions targets.
- Maintain lead CRM with regular updates and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
Qualifications
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech / education sector, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply).Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.Ability to build trust and handle objections.Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Comfortable working remotely and managing leads digitally.Show more
