Role Overview :

The Manager – Central Operations will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and business process transformation through data-driven insights. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to design and implement process improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and track key operational KPIs and dashboards (e.g., order accuracy, TAT, returns, productivity, cost per order).
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to define process standards and implement best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational deviations and define corrective / preventive actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Finance) to improve system workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Drive automation, digital tools adoption, and data visibility across operations.
• Support capacity planning, manpower allocation, and cost optimization using data insights.
• Present performance insights and improvement roadmaps to senior leadership.
