Job description : About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
