Role : Management Intern

Location : Bangalore

Duration : 3 Months (Paid Internship)

Opportunity : Full-time role based on performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with senior managers to understand core aspects of business operations and strategy.
  • Contribute to market research, business analysis, and positioning strategies to strengthen brand and market reach.
  • Support operations, customer excellence, and productivity initiatives across departments.
  • Engage in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and the implementation of AI-based process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving marketing, business development, and product management.
  • Analyze business metrics and help prepare reports for leadership reviews.

  • MBA or management students and recent graduates with strong ambition to grow in the EdTech and technology management space.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
