Role Overview
Execute and supervise day-to-day post-sales operations across collections, registration, banking coordination, and possession management. Support Head – CRM in driving KPIs and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee timely issuance of demand letters, collection tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with banks for disbursements, loan documentation, and payment confirmations.
- Facilitate agreement and registration processes with legal and sales teams.
- Maintain updated customer data, payment schedules, and status reports.
- Plan and conduct possession handovers in coordination with project teams.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor aging reports, identify pending payments, and initiate recovery.
- Generate MIS reports for collections, registrations, and possessions.
- Guide CRM executives and support training initiatives.
