ICE Exhibitions and India Global Expo Company is organising INDIA GLOBAL EXPO 2026 at Pragati Maidan and this mega scale exhibition has about 500 stalls to be sold to various companies in India and alongwith selling Delegates Tickets to the conferences held in pragati maidan in May or June of 2026.

For the sales of stalls to Exhibitors and also for the sales of Delegates Tickets - we need a highly experienced sales team and to recruit this team and to follow up on their day to day execution timelines - we need a dynamic person who has legal and HR and admin and Recruitment knowledge with Exhibition Sales and Exhibition Organising Experience - tp join immediately.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Legal & HR & Recruitment Manager with Exhibition Sales and Organizing experience. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, creating and implementing HR policies, and handling communications. Additionally, the Manager will coordinate and follow up on the administration to organize exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.

• Legal Knowledge is a must have skills
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Relations is a must have skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Exhibition organizing experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the exhibition industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
