placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. You’ll play a critical role in

supporting our end-to-end recruitment process—from understanding client needs to candidate

onboarding.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent), BBALLB, BALLB

Experience : 0-2 Years

Job Location :

Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab

Shift :

Night Shift (US Shift)

Timings :

8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) is mandatory.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to write clear, professional documents (e.g., job descriptions, emails,

candidate summaries).

 High level of organization and attention to detail.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates,

compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.

 Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.

 Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.

 Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and

provide candidate updates.

 Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.

 Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support.
