Excellent understanding of marketplace algorithms and ad placement strategies. Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills. Ad campaign ROI and overall sales contribution. Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA). Improvement in product visibility and marketplace ranking. Growth in repeat orders and new customer acquisition through ads.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong expertise in running and optimizing ads across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sponsored ad campaigns to boost sales, visibility, and ROI across online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance and sponsored ad campaigns across major marketplaces.
- Manage daily ad budgets, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet ROI and KPI targets.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with category, marketing, and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
- Research competitor ads and track marketplace trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare campaign reports and actionable insights using Excel and analytics tools.
