Job Title : Digital Performance Marketer

Location : Saki Naka, Andheri East

About the Role :

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Performance Marketer to drive our digital initiatives across paid media, SEO, social media, and brand visibility. You will be responsible for leading campaigns, and managing a high-performing team to fuel brand growth and revenue. If you have 2-4 years of proven digital marketing leadership experience and a passion for innovation and performance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Performance Marketing : Lead paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on high ROI and strong ROAS.
  • SEO & Website Optimization : Manage SEO strategy and oversee website UX improvements to enhance organic visibility and lead generation.
  • Digital PR & Influencer Outreach : Build brand credibility through digital PR, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
  • Client Management : Handle onboarding, relationship management, and upselling / cross-selling opportunities for client accounts.
  • Team Building : Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.

Required Skills :

  • Experience : 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Performance Expertise : Strong command over paid ads, SEO, social media management, and digital PR.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a growth-driven approach.
  • Client-Centric : Expertise in client communication, strategic consultation, and relationship management.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications : Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent certifications.
  • Tools : Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO platforms (SEMRush, Ahrefs), CRM and marketing automation tools.
