Proven track record in executing transactions across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, or DCMDemonstrated expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions), and deal structuringIndependently raise funds (debt, equity, hybrid or other structured products)Hands-on involvement in end-to-end transaction management – including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and regulatory filingsDeep knowledge of closing documentation - founder's agreements, Term Sheet, SHA / SPA / SSAStrong experience in client relationship management and business developmentExposure to sector-specific dealmaking in industries such as technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, or BFSI (as relevant)Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, compliance, and sector specialistsSkilled in delivering presentations at conferences and fostering strong relationships with investors and prospective clientsExisting and strong network and relationships with investors (tier 1 angels, angel syndicates, small and large VCs, PEs, corporate investors, family offices)Existing and strong network and relationships with startups, foundersResponsibilities :
Preparation of deal collaterals such as Teasers, CIM, Business plans, pitch / discussion decks, financial models and other marketing material for investors, within prescribed timelines and as per required standards of quality & diligence Independently engaging with investors to showcase and explain the deal, follow ups and responding to queries of investorsMaintain constant coverage of designated sectorsStay up to date on trends on business models, financials, valuations and transactions in the designated sector, with specific focus on 'buy side' research coverage on listed peers in the designated sectorDevise and conduct primary research methods while staying informed on market deals, trends, and sentimentIdentify promising startup opportunities for explorationLead end to end execution for transactionsSomeone who thinks strategically about the organization as a whole and consistently works to enhance processes, boost revenues, and expand the client baseSkills :
