Senior CRM Data Migration Consultant

Overview

We are looking for an experienced CRM Data Migration Consultant to join our migration team here at Josh No Code. This is not just a developer role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading and delivering full CRM data migration projects — from consulting with clients on requirements to executing the migration itself. You will be both client-facing and technical : asking smart questions, scoping solutions, and then building and running the migration workflows that get the job done.

Communication Requirement

Strong, fluent, and conversational English is absolutely essential. We expect the highest level of spoken, written, and comprehension skills — equivalent to a near-native speaker. You will be speaking directly with clients, so clarity and confidence in English is non-negotiable .
