We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Data Migration Leader with 4-10 years of experience to own and drive the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) master data readiness workstream for our global or multi-site rollouts. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for defining complex data standards, building governance models, and executing the end-to-end data migration lifecycle. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of data quality principles, integration tools, and the ability to ensure the integrity and consistency of manufacturing data across all systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Master Data Strategy & Governance : Architect and lead the strategy for MES master data readiness. This includes defining technical data standards, templates, and robust governance models to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all global sites.
• Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading (ETL) : Coordinate with plant teams and ERP / PLM teams to gather and validate master data elements, including Materials / BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Resources, and Tooling. You will lead data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities, and ensure a seamless ETL process.
• Technical Integration & Alignment : Ensure complete technical alignment between MES master data and upstream systems (ERP, PLM). This involves mapping data structures, identifying data dependencies, and managing integration points to prevent data Migration Execution & Reconciliation : Plan and lead the technical execution of data loads into MES systems. You will be responsible for comprehensive data reconciliation and validation post-migration to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Go-Live Support & Triage : Provide expert-level technical support during go-lives, leading data-related issue triaging, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Develop and maintain technical data readiness scorecards and dashboards. Use data analysis and visualization tools to track progress, report on key metrics, and provide transparent updates to Skills & Qualifications :
• 4-10 years of relevant experience in data migration, with a strong focus on manufacturing systems like MES.
• Proven technical expertise in the full data migration lifecycle (ETL).
• Deep understanding of master data management principles and data governance models.
• Strong skills in SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing data, including Materials, BOMs, Routings, and other shop floor-related data elements.
• Experience in conducting gap assessments and defining data remediation plans.
