Job Overview :

10+ yrs of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.

Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.

Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc.

Experience with Data migration tools.

Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Project Management Skills.
