Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle SCM modules.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules :
- Inventory (INV)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Order Management (OM)
- iProcurement
- Advanced Pricing , WIP / BOM , Shipping , Receiving
- Work closely with business users to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop functional design documents (MD50) and collaborate with technical teams on customizations (e.g., MD70).
- Support end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT) , training, and deployment activities.
- Handle data migration, cutover , and go-live support during implementations or upgrades.
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal change management and documentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with finance, manufacturing, and procurement teams for integrated process flows.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.4–8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 in SCM functional consulting.Strong process knowledge in procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) cycles.Hands-on configuration and support experience in key SCM modules.Proficiency in developing functional documentation (BR100, MD50, test scripts).Understanding of integration points with Oracle Financials, WMS, and Manufacturing.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Oracle R12.2.x upgrades or re-implementation projects .Familiarity with Oracle SQL / PLSQL for data analysis and validations.Knowledge of Oracle Workflow , Personalizations , and Alerts .Experience with iSupplier Portal , Service Procurement , or Drop Shipment scenarios.Oracle certifications in SCM modules (desirable).Skills Required
