OTM / TMS Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as SME in OTM / TMS processes (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility, carrier selection).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
• Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work with technical teams on OTM / TMS integrations with ERP / WMS / other systems.
• Provide training and support to business :
• Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years functional OTM / TMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation / logistics best practices.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional configuration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management, transportation compliance.
• Familiarity with OTM / TMS analytics & reporting.
• Agile project experience.
