Job description

Support formulation and periodic review of the medium to long-term Liabilities Strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable milestones across retail, corporate, and institutional liabilities segments.

Partner with product, branch banking, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.

Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve sustainable CASA and Term Deposit growth.

Identify and drive initiatives to optimize cost of funds and improve the liabilities portfolio mix.

Support initiatives to enhance branch productivity, cross-sell efficiency, and profitability.

Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.

Benchmark the bank's performance and practices against industry best-in-class institutions.

Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and business planning.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

Support annual strategic planning and quarterly business reviews for the liabilities portfolio.

Prepare and present strategic dashboards and performance reports for senior / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Strategy, or Minimum : 8-12 years of progressive experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Strategic Consulting

Experience in Liabilities Strategy, Deposit Products, Branch Banking Strategy, or Financial Planning & Analysis preferred
