Qualifications
Total Experience : 5+ years in OEM / Partner / Alliance management
Relevant Background : Experience with SIs or IT Distributors preferred
Certifications : Any relevant OEM certifications (Cisco, MS, Dell) a plus
Technical Skills
OEM Knowledge : Familiarity with Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft etc.
Infra Solution Awareness : Cloud, Networking, Storage, Security solutions
GTMs & Programs : Understanding of OEM GTM and certification programs
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development : Build and maintain OEM stakeholder relationships
Business Planning & Execution : Track targets, rebates, and certifications
Sales Enablement : Support sales / presales via OEM-aligned GTM initiatives
Demand Generation : Run joint marketing and lead gen activities
OEM Governance : Track reporting, partner tiers, and rebate compliance
Customer Co-Engagement : Drive joint solutions and client engagement with OEMs
