Manage the training schedules and documentation for records and audit purposePerformance Management
Document the KPI for every employee and ensure it is uploaded in SPINE PMS. Keep records of the KPI reviews and plans.Exit Management
Follow the defined Employee Exit SOP.Ensure employee relieving happens with timely and appropriate handover, and with defined exit formalitiesJob Type : Full-time
