Working on a complete recruitment cycle.

Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues.

Managing applications in ATS.

Handling employee engagement.

Assigning work to office staff.

Handling the onboarding process.

Handling the exit process.

Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company.

Working on other administration-related works.

Requirements :

Good communication skills.

Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People.

Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).

Must have a problem-solving attitude.

Must be professional and approachable to the employees.

Must be tech-savvy.
