ROLE

Job Title : (Sr.) Executive – HR (Experience : 7 to 10 Years)

Location : Mumbai, Khar

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the organization’s HR operations, executing changes as directed by leadership, and supporting efforts in talent acquisition and talent engagement. Someone who believes their roles impacts beyond HR management to further strengthen the culture of the org.

Someone with a creative bent to break the stereo typical HR role.

Key Responsibilities :

1 HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and benefits administration

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures as per organizational requirements and legal guidelines

Maintain employee files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs, support in managing the employee lifecycle, and oversee exit formalities for employees.

Helping build a great Culture within the Organisation

2 Talent Acquisition

Support the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers, understanding job requirement, sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings

Collaborate with external vendors for recruitment services and ensure compliance with agreed terms

3 Talent Management

Work closely with leadership to understand and implement changes in HR practices and policies

Goal setting and evaluation during the onboarding and probation phase of an employee

Support and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning

Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues

Enable basic employee development and engagement initiatives

Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management

Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR support to the organization

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

Creative by nature and can innovate in new age ways of engaging with the teams and management

Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

Familiarity with managing HR Data and payroll systems, preferably zoho.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Can support with admin / top management assistance as per need
