Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Workday solutions that align with evolving business needs
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Orchestrate and Workday Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure end-to-end data integrity
• Optimize existing integrations to improve performance and scalability
• Stay up to date on Workday releases and leverage new features
• Document integration processes and provide stakeholder updates
• Align Workday architecture with broader IT and organizational goals
