Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Workday Reporting and Prism solutions aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
- Design and implement integrations ensuring seamless data flow and compliance
- Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations
- Provide end-user support, training, and maintain clear documentation
- Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and performance improvements
