Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and support offer rollout.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process and induction programs.
- . HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and experience letters.
- Track employee attendance and leaves, coordinating with payroll for accurate data.
- . Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
