Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type : Full-time (In-Office)

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary : ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Fixed)

Reports To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Back Office Telecaller / Executive Assistant to support the CFO in managing day-to-day communication and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will handle client and internal team calls, maintain schedules, and assist in administrative operations. The role requires fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred), excellent communication skills, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily calling operations on behalf of the CFO, including client follow-ups and information collection.
• Make internal coordination calls with team members and departments.
• Maintain a structured schedule and appointment calendar for the CFO.
• Attend and filter incoming calls, ensuring proper communication flow.
• Record call summaries, maintain feedback logs, and provide regular updates.
• Support with basic data entry and documentation tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
