POSITION REPORTS TO : TRAINING AND QUALITY MANAGER DEPARTMENT : CLIENT SERVICES POSITION LOCATION : VADODARA, INDIA (ON-SITE)
BUDGET : 2,20,000 - 2,70,000 PA.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to the Client Services Team Lead. The Senior Client Services Executive is responsible for handling administrative tasks to support the client services team, which handles generating and formatting deficiency reports and sends deficiency reports to clients using templated emails. The Senior Client Services Executive will work closely with a team of 3-6 US-based Client Services associates. This role has opportunities for future advancement to a Client Services Team Lead role.
