Role Overview
We're looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build lasting partnerships with clients and act as the communication bridge between them and our internal team. You'll ensure that client expectations are met, projects move smoothly, and every campaign reflects Prinkit.in's commitment to creativity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and translate them into actionable plans for internal team.
- Coordinate with creative, ads, and content team to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Track ongoing campaigns, share performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Manage client feedback constructively and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute client insights and campaign ideas.
- Maintain CRM data, prepare meeting summaries, and support account management documentation.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, etc.) is a plus.Qualifications and Experience required :
