Position to perform tasks related to the Contract Approvals, Implementation and Decommission processes for Promo. The Approvals and Implementation Associate will work with the Approvals and Implementation Manager for Promo. (full time US hours when in training, possible 4 hours on US time after training).
Responsibilities
Assists the Promo Approvals and Implementation Manager in the account approval, implementation and decommission processes.
Creates and monitors tickets in JIRA. Confirms resolution and escalates as needed with the stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Ensures accuracy and timely delivery of Client Site Builds and works with Database Team to resolve issues according to contract requirements.
Performs maintenance in Numerator Promotions Client Site and AdLert related to client builds.
Utilizes Numerator Promotions Client Site and Numerator Promotions Intel Platform to review client builds for quality control checks.
Updates Promo project progress in OpenAir to ensure proper Revenue Recognition on client deliverables in Netsuite.
Researches and responds to client service tickets in JIRA pertaining to client builds and works with Sales Operations and Client Directors to resolve issues with Approval Quotes and ensure they conform to accepted policies and guidelines
Searches, edits and updates JIRA, Salesforce and other Numerator systems to manage day-to-day responsibilities
Escalate issues to the appropriate person / area including, but not limited to, the Commercial, Database, Operations, Product, Sales and Engagement teams
Ensure documentation of tickets and supporting documents (including procedural documentation) remains up-to-date and accurate at all times
Provides sales and customer support in the pre-quote process as needed.
Co-ordinates the Decommission of Client Assets
Assists in projects related to their work as needed
Responsible for the training of staff on the above functions as needed
Skills & Requirements
Position requirements
Promo PEP Indexing training, experience and solid performance is required
Knowledge of JIRA and Salesforce preferred
General requirements :
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite with Strong Excel Skills (Ops Excel assessment test - 100% completion)
Detail oriented and highly organized

Self motivated, proactive in learning and taking on additional responsibilities.
