Location : Mumbai
CTC - Up to 25 LPA(Fixed)+Variable
We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to lead enterprise-level sales for premium learning and performance solutions. This role involves engaging CXOs and HR leaders to design and deliver impactful interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline targeting CEOs, CHROs, and OD Heads.
Engage with clients to understand their business models and craft tailored learning solutions.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to build a strong future pipeline.
Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to close high-value deals and drive revenue.
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches for a high-end performance consulting brand.
Candidate Requirements :
Education :
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a top B-school.
Experience :
5+ years in B2B or professional services sales; prior experience in selling HR or learning solutions is a strong advantage.
Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to understand client needs and position relevant solutions to senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, HR Heads).
