Business Development Manager

We are looking for a well-connected and motivated professional to support our outreach efforts in promoting IT Technical workshops across colleges and universities. The ideal candidate should have strong ties within the academic community and be capable of arranging events, workshops, and seminars.

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with colleges / universities for potential collaboration.

Arrange and coordinate for workshops, Guest Lecture and seminars.

Serve as a liaison between engineering colleges / universities and our team.

Follow up with institutions to ensure smooth execution and post-event feedback collection.

Support in promotional activities and communication with college stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred : marketing, communications, computer science, or related areas).

2+ Yrs of experience in educational outreach, business development, or academic liaison roles.

Strong network within Engineer colleges / Universities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
